Online Training

​Have a staff member who needs some help in just one or two areas? No problem. This can be addressed with on-line training sessions. We connect up with your staff member through video chat and address all the questions and concerns that they have concerning their duties. We provide them with protocols, forms and how-to's that are applicable to their job and leave them feeling confident they can handle whatever they are running into effectively. The duration and frequency of the sessions are customized to what you need. These sessions can be done one-on-one or with the entire staff for a more generalized training session. The end product is a member of your team who no longer has confusions or questions on what their duties entail and can perform them effectively.

In-Office Training

We fly to your office and spend time intensively training and organizing each individual staff member. Office protocol is clarified, concerns are addressed and the staff member is trained until they fully understand their job and can perform it effectively. This is then followed up with 30 days of phone consulting to answer any further questions that may arise after the training is complete. The product is a member of your team who knows exactly what their job is, what their duties entail and can perform them effectively.
